CCTV Survey

Our CCTV surveys provide information on the condition and characteristics of drain runs, highlighting any damage including root ingress, cracks and incoming connections.

We produce digital footage stills which can be linked to other electronic media. We then produce a report which identifies defects and assigns grading assessing remaining pipe life. This can be linked to a highly-detailed and current site CAD model thus providing maximum benefit from the survey work. Using our state-of-the-art robotic CCTV camera units, we provide high definition visuals within sewer systems, voids and ducting. Our camera systems are capable of surveying pipes as small as 80mm, and as large as 1600mm.

Non-intrusive remote-inspection void surveys can be used to assess the condition and nature of difficult-to-access parts of structures – for example, under-floor voids, wall cavities and areas with restricted access.

CCTV surveys are most often used for:

  • Floor and ceiling voids
  • Pipeline inspections
  • Sewer surveys
  • Water mains surveys
  • Gas pipe surveys
  • Chimney and flue surveys
  • Confined space entry
  • Robotic CCTV camera unit
  • Manhole Record Cards
  • Technical Report (WRC Standard – MSCC 4th and 5th edition)
  • Culvert condition surveys
  • Pre & post construction surveys
  • Sonar drain tracing to pinpoint defect position
  • Homebuyer inspection reports
